They can be transferred for a reschedule only if you notify 48 hrs prior to initial appointment. 🌱 If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. We will not interfere with someone else’s appointment to accommodate your lateness for any reason. 🌱 Although rescheduling is allowed, clients will be charged $10 for a last minute rescheduling fee. 🌱 Consistent rescheduling of appointments is not allowed. Clients who repeatedly reschedule may lose the ability to book future appointments. Please book only when you are confident you can attend. 🌱 Clients who are No-Call No-shows will be charged the full amount for service scheduled. 🌱 All cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment time. If your appointment is canceled less than a 24 hour notice - the remaining amount of the service will be charged to the card on file. 🌱 If your appointment is canceled on my behalf, you will receive a full refund which will be issued within 1-3 business days (please note: days may vary depending on your bank and Gloss Genius not Margo Esthetics!) 🌱 Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
